Somatic Experiencing is for those who want to work with the physiological effects of stress and support nervous system regulation. If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns of tension, somatic work offers a gentle way to tune into your body’s wisdom and restore balance.
Please note: Somatic Experiencing sessions do not involve hands-on manipulation, aside from supportive touch when specifically consented to.
SE focuses on nervous system regulation and the release of stored tension. It is not therapy and does not treat trauma directly but can help ease symptoms and support your body's natural healing process.

Massage sessions are available in 60, 90, or 120-minute options, each designed to suit different needs.
60-Minute Session – A great introduction to my work, offering time to address specific areas of tension or provide spot treatments. This option is also ideal for those who may have difficulty lying on the table for extended periods.
90 or 120-Minute Session – The heart of what I offer. These sessions allow for deeper relaxation and more in-depth work on areas of concern, combining focused techniques with ample time to unwind, restore balance, and integrate lasting relief.

Somatic sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute options to meet different capacities and budgets. These sessions focus on supporting nervous system regulation and increasing body awareness, with time for the work to unfold gently and at your pace.30-Minute SE Consultation – For new clients curious about SE, this is a low-commitment way to learn what it’s like, ask questions, and feel into whether it’s a good fit.
Combo Session: SE + Massage
This 2-hour session blends 30 minutes of Somatic Experiencing with 90 minutes of massage therapy. It’s designed to help the nervous system settle before moving into hands-on work. This combo is especially helpful for clients who feel stuck, disconnected, or are looking for deeper integration.
